TIM KARJALAINEN (EEUU, 1988), mecánico de bicicletas. Licenciado en Belles Artes en la Universidad de Davis, California. Trabajaba  en una tienda de bicicletas en el campus de la universidad. La ciudad de Davis es muy famoso por su alta intergración de la bicicleta y es un gran ejemplo en la EEUU.

OUSMAN UMAR (Ghana 1988), second mechanic. Fighting to get a better future, since he left his home town when he was ten to work as a welder in the city. At the age of 14 he went to Lybia, where he worked in the shipyards until he earned enough money to cross over to Europe.

FLOOR DIRKS (Holanda 1985), estaba trabajando de mecánica en una tienda de bicis en Rotterdam. Ahora combina sus horas de trabajo en Bike Tech  entre la tienda (como mecánica y comercial) y distribución (logística). Licenciada en la Academia de arte de Rotterdam. Lleva el ciclismo en sus genes como casí todos los holandeses.

BERNAT VILAGINÉS (Barcelona 1975), multimedia designer and photographer . He worked in other bicycle shops. He is in charge of the wholesale.

JORDI LAVADO (Albons 1968), he founded Bike Tech together with Koos Kroon in 2001. He is in charge of Bike Tech's shop.

SÒNIA FORT (Barcelona 1970), graduate in fine arts in the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. Mother of Olov, Lou, and Kobus, and in charge of Bike Tech's magazine 20 km/h.

KOOS KROON (Netherlands 1967), founder of Bike Tech, he started his professional career in the National Photo Archive in Rotterdam from 1991 to 1999. Urban cyclist for many years.
